Well, the title says it all. I'll be comparing two of the
most popular Slot-1 heatsinks available to find out which one is the best for
your hard-earned moolah.
Lemme' give you a rundown of the test rig before we start.
For this test, I brought out my Intel Slot-1 PIII-600E and overclocked it to 800
on a 133Mhz. bus using the default voltage of 1.65V. This gets me to about
46C with the retail cooler that came with the thing with an ambient of
30.7C.

To stress the processor, I used these:
Prime95
Winamp playing endless Techno/Tranz tunes
- Winamp AVS Plug-in
They were run for a good 30 minutes, all at the same time to ensure 100%
CPU load. Another 30 minutes went into getting an idle temperature.
